Inside 14.ai this week: Chew on this, a gummy newsletter.
Subscriptions, Feastables, and 3,000 gummies
Another week. At this point, we don’t know what to expect either.
3,000 Gummies in one kitchen

Guys, we have some big news. You’ve seen GloGlo around if you follow us. We are going full steam ahead as an autonomous consumer brand on 14.ai’s stack.
We met up at a commercial kitchen Thursday in Dogpatch San Francisco to cook a batch of 3,000 by hand.
From B2B customer support to gummy supplements. Life is a movie. See you at ShopTalk in Vegas next week.
Your subscription tickets just lost their job
We integrated with Skio, and if you run subscriptions on Shopify, this is a big deal.
Over 1,000 brands use Skio: Liquid I.V., Neuro Gum, GHOST, Barstool, the list goes on. And subscription management is one of those ticket categories.
“Pause my subscription.” “Skip this month.” “Swap my flavor.” “Change my billing date.” And the dreaded: “Cancel.” (We do our best to talk them out of it.)
Every one of those requests follows the same pattern: repetitive, predictable, and totally handleable without a human.
Our agents handle all of it. Instant resolution, without any waiting.
More integrations on the way.
Getting creators to sell your product
Kendall Dickieson, the mind behind social and influencer strategy for Graza, Frida and investor in Mr. Beast Feastables hopped on our LinkedIn Live to talk about what separates creator programs that drive revenue from ones that just drive likes.
A few highlights worth stealing:
She runs creator programs in sprints: five paid partnerships per month, short-listed, fully approved, with clear return expectations. Not a spray-and-pray DM strategy.
Most brands either give creators zero direction or micromanage them into hostage-video territory. The sweet spot is somewhere in between.
And please, for the love of all things holy, stop sending DMs that say “Hello [First Name]” with the brackets still in. It’s 2026.
If you need 50 creators to post, source 200. Not everyone says yes. Plan accordingly (like 500).

Ugo takes LA
Our founding AI engineer (and gummy engineer) Ugo Balducci is heading to Support Driven Summit LA next week (March 24–26).
He’s doing a talk and probably not sleeping. Find him there for a treat...
Until next time! Stay subscribed (or don’t, our AI will handle it either way).
