Black Friday, more events somehow, and how is it December???

Black Friday = Customer Service Thunderdome 🥊
We onboarded a new consumer brand during Black Friday. And ate a ton of food, mostly fried chicken.
Learning so much from early customers and in-person onboarding is a great excuse to travel.

We Built a Karen Training Simulator 🙎♀️
Our founding engineer Ugo stood on a San Francisco street playing customer service rep to train our AI about Karens.
The assignment: Handle a Karen demanding a refund for a tennis racket (his favorite sport, naturally).
The lesson: Your AI can be superhuman, but there will always be someone asking for the manager.
LA TikTok Shop Vibes 🌴
Threw our first LA event in WeHo for TikTok Shop founders and operators.
Obviously we went with French macarons. We also made a private Whatsapp for the TikTok Shop community; DM us if you want in.
Cacao Ceremony for YC Women (SF) 🧘♀️
Calling SF-based YC women founders
We’re hosting an evening cacao ceremony and women’s circle at Alchemy Springs in Lower Nob Hill next week. It’s a space to breathe, reset, and connect with other founders.
Guided cacao, breathwork, dinner, and tea.
Come dressed comfy and zero expectation.
